About Me

I, Sebastian Pohl, have been living in Costa Rica since 2014 and know the country almost inside out. I work for Green Estate (Immo Costa Rica) and am a founding member.

The idea is to make it easier for our clients to emigrate to Costa Rica, to help them with all legal issues and to find them the right property without paying too much. We also advise our customers very competently on construction projects of all kinds as well as on implementation and realization as well as on concept development with the architects and interior designers in order to ultimately provide our customers with the right strategy and team and a successful plan.

I mainly work on tailor-made projects for our clients from finding the right property in Costa Rica to building the home. There are many things to consider that simply work differently in Europe or other countries.
