The heart of our facility is a charming hotel with 8 stylishly furnished rooms. Each room has a size of about 20 square meters and is fully equipped to meet the most demanding guests. Depending on your needs, we can accommodate individual numbers of guests, as we offer different room categories. For example, Room No. 7 can accommodate up to 6 people and has a balcony overlooking the pool. Room No. 8 also has a balcony overlooking the garden, the sun terrace and the main building with offices. All rooms are equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, a desk with chair, a sofa or armchair with table and a ceiling fan. Each room also has a small outdoor terrace with seating.

Great rooftop
apartment On the roof of the hotel is a spacious apartment apartment with a great terrace that offers stunning views and the perfect place to enjoy the sunsets. The apartment has a cozy living room where a guest bed can be used. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. A spacious bedroom with a magnificent view invites you to dream.

Rancho
Below the hotel building is a so-called rancho with a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is served here and there is plenty of space to relax. The Rancho offers about 20 seats and an additional comfortable sofa corner with a bookshelf and two rocking chairs. A fridge is available for cold drinks. There is also a separate toilet.

As soon as you enter the complex through the electrically controlled gate, you will be amazed by the beauty of the landscaped garden. The garden is home to a variety of trees and plants that create a harmonious atmosphere. Four years ago, a pool was built for our guests, which is available from 8 a.m. The pool has a generous size of approx. 50 sqm and also has a smaller children’s pool.

The main house
The main house, which is used both privately and as an office, has a terrace, a spacious living area with a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and is located separately from the hotel. A small apartment with its own bathroom, terrace and additional outdoor shower was built next to the main house and is currently occupied by the tenants. The three rooms in the main house are used for private guests. Behind the main house there is a bodega as a warehouse and a workshop.

The property extends around all the buildings and is described by many as a small paradise. Two years ago, a sun terrace was built, which our guests like to use for yoga or simply to relax.
The plant is supplied with filtered water by its own well.
Parking for up to 8 cars is available in front of the reception. In the garden area, you will also find various concrete tables and statues that give the property a special charm.
