• you do not need to have a residence permit to purchase a plot of land
• equal employment conditions for foreign persons
• Property titles are registered in the National Registration Authority (Registro Nacional: www.rnpdigital.com): Request inspection by a notary
• Requesting a cadastral plan is essential (topographer)
• Cadastral plan: protected areas and restrictions
